Orinasukan is a museum exhibits Nishijin-ori, Nishijin weaving and other woven clothes including Noh costumes.
obiAdmission fee is 500 yen and to experience weaving with craftman is 5,000 yen. You can have your original woven cloth.If you plan to stay in Kyoto, you would certainly enjoy a stay at "Orinasu Shukusyo: Orinasu inn" is 5 minutes walk from this museum. Orinasu Shukusyo has a kitchen and a neat wood bath tub. Enjoy staying at a nice Machiya!
